jago68 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at any point during account activity. To complete KYC, you will be required to submit:
KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1 to 24 hours. During peak periods, processing may extend to 48 hours. jago68 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000, subject to adjustment at jago68's discretion. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt. jago68 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
jago68 accepts deposits only from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may trigger a compliance review, withdrawal hold, or account closure.

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard Indonesian banking hours (09:00–15:00 WIB, Monday to Friday) are typically processed same-day. Requests submitted outside these hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August) are processed on the next available business day.
jago68 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawal amounts or on accounts showing unusual activity patterns. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be extended beyond the standard timeframe.
Withdrawals are paid exclusively to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's own name, matching the details provided at registration and KYC. jago68 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
jago68 offers a range of bonus and promotional offers to Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:
New Members who complete registration and their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus offer, including its match percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, and validity period, is displayed on the Platform at the time of registration. jago68 reserves the right to modify welcome bonus terms at any time.
Weekly reload and cashback promotions are made available periodically. Cashback is calculated on net losses only (total bets minus total winnings) over the qualifying period. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jago68 without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jago68 and its directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

jago68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if a Member is found to have breached these Terms or if jago68 determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Members, or third parties.
Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure by a Member in good standing, any real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, net of any applicable fees.
jago68 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jago68 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits jago68's right to seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
